Ane Accountants is a 100% nationally owned Accounting firm offering a wide range of Professional Business Services including accounting, Audit, Fnancing proposals, Taxation, General business and consultancy services in Papua New Guinea.

We have established ourselves as one of the ten (10) leading national firms of Accountants since our establishment in August 1999 and as a firm we have gained valuable experience in all areas of accounting, auditing, and investigating, taxation, IPA liaison, company secretarial and general business consultancy work.
The key personnel involved and managing the firm have put together over forty five (45) years of accounting, auditing and business consultancy experience.

We believe we can offer a service equal to established accounting firms.

Some of our major assignments for which the firm was engaged during the past five (5) years include the following:

PANGTEL

Their accounting functions have been selectively out-sourced to the firm since April 2001. At Pangtel, we do all the data input, processing and preparation of financial statements. This includes payroll processing, attending to Public Accounts Committe queries, and liasing with the Auditor General with respect to audit of Pangtel books for the years 1998 to current date.

CHEVRON TEXACO/OIL SEARCH

The firm had serviced in the last three (3) years a one-year contract renewable annually for a Contractor Call Out Request (CCOR). Under this arrangement, the firm was engaged to perform various audits and consultancy on behalf of Chevron and now Oil Search to various landowner companies.

NATIONAL PARLIAMENT

The firm has been appointed the internal auditor to the National Parliament for the 2004/2005 years and will act in this position for the next two(2) years. Indent internal control and procedure tests have been performed and reports produced.

LIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Ane Accountants had been appointed the accounting firm for LDC. It is currently updating the 2004 accounts, Goods & Services Tax and it's Group Tax for 2001 to 2004.
